Jeremy works with clients to facilitate property transactions including the sale and purchase of commercial and industrial property as well as leasing. Years after the 2010 and 2011 earthquakes the haze is clearing but navigation is still required. For this reason he also offers strategic advice to existing and new investors to the region.

Today many commercial and industrial property investors continue with major repairs or strengthening work. Many are now reluctant developers in a new property market where yields, tenant demand, rental assumptions and construction methods of the past are being challenged. And many owners are simply unaware of recent changes to the Building Act and how that impacts their investment options.

Jeremy works with dozens of investors and tenants every week, each with their own unique situation and property investment requirements. Jeremy knows the Christchurch and wider Canterbury property market well, has a up to the minute feel for the property trends and has excellent knowledge of the new post earthquake strengthening requirements and how these will impact property values.

He has experience representing clients in all major Canterbury centres including Christchurch, Rangiora, Ashburton and Timaru.
