Jeremy has over 25 year’s business experience with a background in investment banking and senior management roles. He has worked with foreign property investors on vineyard, dairy, pastoral farming and forestry projects. He has transacted a number of large sales and is often involved in more complex deals such as leasehold transactions. He has completed the Institute of Directors' course.

Jeremy received both secondary school and university education in Christchurch and is emotionally and financially invested in the rebuild of Christchurch. He was Secretary of the Victoria Streetscape Project Committee which has driven considerable value for all stakeholders in the fast growing Victoria Street precinct.
Jeremy is married with two children. He enjoys skiing and fly fishing in the South Island's great rivers.
